What is TIMES?

TIMES is a company workspace for Ethiopian businesses. You use it for invoices, stock, procurement, shifts, reports, and submitting fiscal documents to EIMS.

Who is it for?

Merchant organisations in Ethiopia: a single shop on Starter, or a multi-branch company on Business or Enterprise. It is not a personal finance app.

Does TIMES submit invoices to EIMS?

Yes. You prepare invoices and receipts in the workspace and can submit them to MoR EIMS. This site does not call that a government certification.

Do I need a TIN?

Yes. You set up a workspace with your company's 10-digit TIN. TIMES checks it against MoR e-Trade.

Question 5

When can I start invoicing?

After you complete the profile, choose a plan, and the Times team approves the workspace. Sign-up alone is not enough.

Question 6

Which languages are supported?

Accepted Answer

English, Amharic, Afaan Oromoo, and Tigrigna. Brand names such as TIMES, TIN, MoR, and EIMS stay in those forms.

How much does it cost?

Published annual prices are ETB 1,200 (Starter), ETB 3,500 (Business), and ETB 8,500 (Enterprise). You confirm the plan during onboarding.

Are Telebirr and CBE Birr included?

They are included on the Business plan. Starter is digital invoicing and a basic POS flow without those payment keys.

Question 9

Can I run more than one branch?

Accepted Answer

Starter is one branch. Business allows up to five branches and warehouses. Enterprise does not cap branches.
