Information we collect

If you send the contact form, we receive the name, work email, phone, company, optional TIN, and message you type.

The merchant application (sign-in and the workspace) has its own account data. That product processes company and user information in order to provide the workspace. This page covers the public website and enquiries.

How we use it

We use enquiry details to reply, to understand which company you represent, and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell that information.

Analytics and cookies

If you accept analytics cookies, we load Google Tag Manager so we can see aggregated traffic. Analytics storage stays denied until you accept. Preference cookies remember language and your cookie choice. See the cookies page.

Processors and location

Vertex is based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Hosting, email, and analytics providers may process data outside Ethiopia. We use them only to operate the site and to respond to you.

Retention and your requests

We keep enquiry messages as long as we need them to support you or to meet a legal duty, then delete or anonymise them. You may ask for access, correction, or deletion by writing to [email protected] or using the contact page.
