These terms apply to this public website. The merchant workspace has its own terms, which you accept when you create an account.
The website
This site describes TIMES. It is not the workspace. Sign-in and registration happen on the merchant application.
Information on plans, modules, and processes is provided so you can decide whether to register. It is not a government notice and not legal advice.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false contact details. Automated scraping that burdens the service is not allowed.
Contact form
If you submit the form, you confirm the information is accurate and that you are allowed to share it. We use it to reply, as described in the privacy page.
Liability
The site is provided as a public description of the product. Vertex is not liable for decisions you make solely from marketing copy. The workspace contract (when you have one) governs the paid service.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to VERTEX Technologies PLC in Ethiopia. Disputes are subject to the courts in Addis Ababa unless we agree otherwise in writing.
